Most organizations have a mission, vision, and values that generate behaviors to keep them sustainable and successful. The military culture makes sure that every member assumes a mission-driven identity, twenty-four/seven. Employers know that Veterans bring a wide array of qualities and experiences to their respective workplaces, however, translating these skills is a challenge many employers rarely have the time or the resources to be able to strategically place them in positions that leverage their technical and leadership abilities.
Our work flow process is divided into five phases:
Transition is about more than just finding another career, it’s about changing habits, re-discovering the “Why” and the “I” while establishing a new lifestyle and re-integrating into a community far different from what we’ve been accustomed while being ready and expected to succeed.
BAC provides flexibility in our efforts to focus on establishing effective veteran mentorship programs or improving existing programs to satisfy employers’ needs to not just hire but more importantly to retain skilled veterans.
Our success in the performance of building effective programs is the result of hard work, effective planning, communication of efforts, and dedicated commitment to provide each client a superior veteran program on time with a 90 day follow up to ensure all process remain successful or are tweaked for optimal efficiency.
